Mt St Patricks College

Welcome to Mount St Patrick College in Murwillumbah, a co-educational Secondary College operated by the Catholic Education Office. Established in 1926 by the Presentation Sisters, the college is named after St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. The college aims to provide a holistic education, focusing on the students' spiritual, intellectual, physical, moral, social, emotional, and cultural development. It upholds Christian and Catholic principles in all aspects of its programmes.

The college serves the Catholic Parishes of Mullumbimby and Murwillumbah and values the traditions passed down by the Presentation Sisters, Priests, and the local community. The college badge incorporates two symbols: Wollumbin, the geographical centre of the Tweed Valley, symbolising hope, challenge, endeavour, and achievement, and the Cross, symbolising hope and redemption. The college motto, “IN HOC SIGNO SPES MEA,” translates to “In this sign is my hope.
