Founded in July 2017, MTL Pilates Lab started as a small and humble studio with Veronique as the sole instructor. Quickly becoming a popular choice for Pilates enthusiasts in the downtown area, the studio expanded and moved to Ste-Catherine street to accommodate the growing interest in conscious movement. The team at MTL Pilates Lab is dedicated to providing a safe and empowering space for clients to have powerful and meaningful experiences.
At MTL Pilates Lab, clients of all body types, ages, origins, genders, identities, and fitness levels are welcome to participate in classes curated to fit their expertise level. The studio's meticulous instructors are passionate about teaching and focus on proper joint alignment, spine mobility and stability, deep core connection, and back strength. With multiple classes available to suit different moods and experience levels, clients can choose from a variety of sessions designed to move the body in all directions and leave participants feeling light and rejuvenated. The Level 1 Beginner Basics class is perfect for those new to Pilates, serving as the foundation for the client's journey into the world of Pilates. Each class has a duration of 50 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive and effective workout experience.
