MST Academy, led by Grand Master Siddall, is Barnsley's go-to for martial arts and fitness training. Offering everything from Tae kwon do and Kickboxing to Iaido and Tai Chi, MST Academy's team of expert instructors, with over 200 combined years of experience, ensures top-notch training. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the academy provides a welcoming and safe environment where students can not only learn martial arts but also improve their mental well-being.
Classes are held 10 hours a week, so there's plenty of time to jump in and start training. The academy prides itself on teaching respect, trust, and discipline, helping students grow both physically and mentally.
