At MPS Fitness, we offer comprehensive fitness training and nutrition services. Whether you're looking for general training, personalised nutrition plans, or competition preparation, we have something to suit your needs. General training sessions are priced at $50 for 30 minutes and $70 for 45 minutes, while basic nutrition consultations are available for $50. Our competition preparation package is priced at $90 per week and covers everything from training plans to posing, nutrition, tanning, costumes, and supplementation.

For those looking for 100% tailored nutrition plans, we offer plans for $199. Training plans are available starting from $39 to $69, and both face-to-face and online sessions are available.

Michael Schneider, the head trainer at MPS Fitness, is not only an accomplished fitness model but also a successful coach. He has won 163 titles with his clients in various associations, including ICN, INBA, and ANB. With his extensive experience and track record of success, Michael is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals.
