The Pilates sessions at “Movement is Freedom” have a medical focus and are suitable for all ages. They offer specialised 1-on-1 Clinical Pilates sessions, which include the use of equipment such as the reformer, springboard, and matwork. These sessions provide supervision of technique and personalised care and support. In addition, they also offer Springboard Pilates, which allows clients to work each limb independently, offering less stability than the reformer.
