The founders of Move HQ, Mark Munroe and Nedum Onuoha, have extensive experience in the fitness and sports industry. Mark, a successful personal trainer in London, has a background in sports science and long-term athlete development. Nedum, a former professional footballer, brings his expertise and passion to the project. Together, they have created an inspiring and empowering space where members can achieve excellence.
