The founder and Fitness Coach of Move Embrace is Marni Liddell, a wife, mother, and business owner. With a passion for an active and balanced lifestyle, Marni has always been involved in fitness and adventure activities. After working as a Scuba Diving Instructor, her love for health and fitness grew, leading her to become a Personal Trainer in 2013. Marni has a special interest in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and weightlifting.
After becoming a mother in 2018, Marni experienced firsthand the physical changes that come with pregnancy and the post-natal period. This inspired her to study various aspects of women's fitness and health, gaining a deeper understanding of the different seasons of life women go through. She wanted to create a space where women could come together, move their bodies, and embrace themselves for the beautiful creatures they are. Thus, Move Embrace was born.
