It includes the use of all our equipment, as well as access to our training programme development and True Coach online programming system. Whether you prefer to train solo or follow a personalised programme, this membership is perfect for you.
2. Group Fitness Membership: Our group fitness classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and effective. Led by our experienced trainers, these classes cater to all fitness levels and offer a variety of workout styles. With this membership, you can participate in as many group fitness classes as you like, in addition to having access to the gym during open hours.
3. Gym + Group Fitness Membership: This all-inclusive membership option allows you to enjoy the benefits of both the gym and our group fitness classes. You'll have unlimited access to the gym during open hours and can join any group fitness class that suits your schedule and interests. This membership is ideal for those who want to mix up their training routine and enjoy the variety of both solo and group workouts.
In addition to our memberships, we also offer personal training sessions for those who prefer one-on-one guidance and support. Our trainers are highly qualified and experienced, specialising in different areas such as boxing, strength and conditioning, and programme development. Personal training sessions are available in both 30-minute and 60-minute durations.
For those seeking relaxation or relief from muscular aches and tension, we provide Remedial Massage Therapy. Our skilled therapists offer a range of techniques, including soft and deep tissue massage, cupping, RockBlades, myofascial release, and more. You can enjoy a personalised massage treatment in a beautiful and welcoming room within the gym, and private health fund rebates are available for Remedial Massage Therapy treatments.
