Tony's especially proud of our weight training sessions for women. They’re all about teaching proper techniques, boosting gym confidence, and smashing those fitness goals. It's a great space for learning and growing stronger together.

Tony and the team know everyone’s fitness path is different, so there are personalised training sessions as well. Our trainers, who really know their stuff, put together custom plans to help you hit those targets.

We’ve also got sports massage services to help with recovery and overall wellness. Our therapists can help with muscle tension, stress relief, and improving circulation, which is a great add-on to your fitness regime.
