When you join Motion Health & Leisure Merry Hill, you will receive a free induction to ensure that you know how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively. Additionally, the club offers personalised programmes tailored to your specific goals. Every 6–8 weeks, members are invited to a free review of their programme to update their workouts and assist them in achieving their desired results.
Children are more than welcome to use the swimming pool, but for their safety, those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To ensure the safe use of the pool, the club maintains a 2 to 1 ratio of children to adults.
Motion Health & Leisure Merry Hill is open from Monday to Thursday from 6. 30am to 9. 30pm, with slightly reduced hours on Friday. On Saturdays, the club is open from 7.
00am to 8. 00pm, and on Sundays, from 8. 00am to 8. 00pm.
Please note that starting from October 1st, there are designated children's hours from 9am-7pm every day.
