With a commitment to personalised instruction, clients are encouraged to modify exercises to cater to their individual preferences and goals.
Sessions at Motion and Repose can be attended in-studio or online via Zoom, providing clients with flexibility and convenience. Whether you're travelling, working remotely, or dealing with illness, you can continue your Pilates practise without interruption. The studio also offers an Introduction Package for new clients, which includes two one-on-one sessions to establish an individualised exercise sequence.
In the Open Studio sessions, clients have the option to use the original Pilates equipment, including reformers, mats, towers, chairs, and other apparatus. As clients progress and become familiar with their personalised exercise sequence, additional exercises are introduced to further develop the principles of Contrology. This approach ensures that clients never get bored and continually feel the alignment of their body and mind.
