The academy is led by Balaga Ravi Kumar, B.Sc., LL.B., a senior chess player and coach since 2006, and Balaga Bhaskara Rao, M.C.M., Railway, who has been part of the Visakhapatnam chess scene since 1983. Under their guidance, Mother Chess Academy continues to be a nurturing ground for budding chess talent and a proud representative in local, state, national, and international chess arenas.
