Operating hours at Mortlake Outdoor Pool are as follows: Monday to Friday during the school term from 3:30pm to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday during school holidays from 11:00am to 7:00pm, and weekends and public holidays from 11:00am to 7:00pm. Additionally, we offer morning swimming sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from December to March, allowing early birds to enjoy a refreshing swim from 6:30am to 8:30am.

Safety is our top priority at Mortlake Outdoor Pool. As part of our commitment to aquatic safety, we adhere to the Watch Around Water policy. This policy ensures the appropriate supervision of young children at our facility. Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 and supervised within arm's reach at all times.

They are required to wear a pink wristband provided by YMCA staff. Similarly, children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and actively supervised. They are required to wear a yellow wristband. These measures help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our visitors.
