Term time slots are open in the mornings at 7am and 8am, and evenings at 8pm on weekdays. On weekends, morning slots start at 7am, with evening slots at 7pm and 8pm. During school holidays, daytime bookings are available in August with some slots on the August bank holiday and Christmas holidays.

Cancellations more than 7 days in advance get a full refund. Less than 7 days to 48 hours before, you get a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.
