Looking for a great spot to unwind and get some rehabilitative care in Moray? Look no further! Liz at Moray Hydrotherapy Pool in Forres has got you covered. Fully wheelchair-friendly, this hydrotherapy pool is right next to Forres Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre, so it’s easy to reach.
Liz has made sure that the place is super accessible from start to finish. From the entrance to the changing rooms and pool, everything is geared up to help those with disabilities. There's even a hoist to help users get in and out of the water safely. With four changing areas – including three rooms, a toilet, and poolside showers – plus access to main pool facilities, you’re sorted.
Need extra help? There are disabled changing areas with adjustable beds and electric hoists. And no worries about your belongings – lockers are available to keep them safe while you’re in the pool.
Want to book a session? Just head online where you can also check out fees and the timetable. The pool is open weekdays from 9am to 8pm and weekends from 9am to 1pm.
