Morag Alexander School of Dance

Welcome to Morag Alexander School of Dance, an exceptional dance and performance training centre located in the heart of Musselburgh, Scotland. Our school offers a carefully designed path of progression for younger students, introducing them to a range of dance styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro Dance, Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Scottish dance.

Our dedicated team of instructors plan levels of training that are specifically tailored to the age and physical development of each student, ensuring that they receive the correct technique and instruction. We believe in nurturing each individual child, helping them develop their own strengths and providing them with the confidence and poise that will support them throughout their lives.

Getting started at our dance school is simple. Browse our venue and timetable options and select the class that you wish your child to attend. We offer classes in Musselburgh, Gullane, Dalkeith, and Haddington. After your child's first trial class, you can register their account with our class manager to enrol them within the school.

Josie Sellwood completed many exams at our school, including her Intermediate Ballet. She praises the challenging classes and supportive teachers that helped shape her into the dancer she is today. Josie continues to study Contemporary and Ballet at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance.
