
The Moose Jaw Kinsmen Flying Fins is a non-profit swim club located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. The club provides swimming programs for individuals aged 4 and up, focusing on teaching swimming skills from beginner levels to competitive swimming at regional, provincial, and national levels. The competitive season runs from September to June, with national-level swimmers continuing through August.
The club offers a pre-competitive program for beginners, as well as advanced training for competitive swimmers. Certified coaches provide personalized instruction, focusing on technique, safety, and enjoyment of the sport. The development program consists of two 13-week sessions starting in September and running until April, teaching youth basic swimming skills in a fun and safe environment.
Moose Jaw Kinsmen Flying Fins hosts events such as the Saskatchewan Short Course Junior Provincials and the annual Mike Mintenko Summerfest Invitational in June. The club is managed by a team of dedicated volunteers, with board members available for any inquiries or assistance. Board members include the President & Meet Manager, Vice President, Registrar, Secretary, Treasurer, Officials Coordinator, Grants/Fundraising Coordinator, and Member-at-large.
