Moonrakers Judo Club, established in Salisbury back in May 2001, invites players of all ages and skill levels to train under the guidance of expert coaches Peter and Tom. As a proud member of the British Judo Association, the club offers top-tier training sessions twice a week at the Godolphin School Sports Hall on Bellamy Lane.
Sessions run on Saturday mornings from 9 am to 10:30 am and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Whether you're a novice, a returning judoka, or a high-grade practitioner, Moonrakers provides a supportive environment to enhance your skills. The club welcomes everyone over the age of 7 to join their dynamic sessions.
Peter and Tom, both highly qualified black belts, lead the sessions, supported by a team of experienced coaches, ensuring top-quality training for all members.
Moonrakers Judo Club also encourages participation in gradings and competitions across the UK, offering support even for those who prefer not to compete. This holistic approach ensures every member enjoys a well-rounded judo experience.
Their events calendar features opportunities for both competitive and non-competitive members to get involved, including major tournaments like the Heart of England Open and the Welsh Junior and Senior Open.
