The climb to the summit of Mt Blanc (4810m) is challenging and demanding, but with the guidance of professional and experienced ISM Guides, participants will have the best chance of success.

It pairs well with courses like Summits and Skills 4000m or Level 2 Guided Climbing weeks, allowing participants to refresh their mountaineering skills and become acclimatised by climbing smaller summits. The Three Day Extension follows the 'Gouter' route via the Tete Rousse and Gouter Hut, which is the preferred option depending on conditions and ratios. The course begins with a briefing on Saturday evening at the hotel in Leysin, where participants will have the chance to meet their Guide and go through the course details. Sunday starts with an early breakfast and the start of the ascent. Accommodations are arranged in a hut on Sunday evening, with the summit attempt planned for Monday, depending on weather conditions. Tuesday is kept free in case of bad weather or adverse conditions, ensuring the safety and success of the participants. The course will conclude on Tuesday afternoon.
