The facility at MonstarZen is conveniently located and spans over 200 sqm of floor space. It is just a one-minute walk from the Wynyard George St station entrance. The facility is equipped with change rooms, a high-quality sound system, and ducted air conditioning. There is also a functional fitness area, featuring a three-section rig with monkey bars, pull-up bars, and squat racks.
A full set of free weights, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and bumper plates, are available.
MonstarZen boasts two large separate tatami rooms, equipped with 10 6ft heavy Fairtex bags, a water bag, a teardrop bag, and a super angle heavy bag for practising specific techniques. The tatami rooms also feature high-end German-made tatami mats and padded walls, ensuring a safe training environment.

MonstarZen Martial Arts takes pride in its dedicated team of instructors. Christian Ch'ng, who specialises in Karate and Kickboxing, has been involved in martial arts since a young age. Giorgio Rojas, the head instructor, started his martial arts journey in Peru with Karate Shotokan and later explored different styles such as Kickboxing and Filipino Stick Fighting. Terry Kounsavat, the Muay Thai trainer at MonstarZen, brings over a decade of knowledge and experience to the school.
