MohuaFit, nestled in Patons Rock, is where locals come for a supportive fitness environment. Started in 2017 as Crossfit Mohua, this gym has grown into a full-fledged fitness hub.
Coaches at MohuaFit are seasoned pros, adept at helping everyone, no matter their fitness level. They run a variety of classes like XFIT, a one-hour session packed with strength, mobility, skill, and conditioning exercises, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and functional fitness.
Members can also access the open gym outside regular class times for extra strength work or skill practice. MohuaFit promotes personal growth and achievement, viewing exercise as a celebration of the body's capabilities.
Located at 23 Patons Rock Road in Golden Bay, Tasman, MohuaFit invites both locals and visitors. If you're in Golden Bay and have completed an On Ramp induction or been a CrossFit affiliate member anywhere, feel free to drop into any XFit classes or open gym sessions. It's best to email ahead to book.
Newcomers can enjoy two free trial classes to get a feel for the gym's vibe. If you decide to join, there are various membership options, including single visit and one-week passes.
