

To cater specifically to women who are interested in learning kickboxing for self-defence, fitness, or just for fun. The course runs for six weeks and focuses on teaching basic kickboxing techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practise various strikes, kicks, and defensive moves, as well as improve their overall strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. The classes are led by experienced and qualified female instructors who are passionate about empowering women through martial arts.
No prior experience is necessary to join the course, and all fitness levels are welcome. The sessions are held on Tuesdays from 7-8pm, starting on 23rd January 2024. Not only will participants have the opportunity to learn new skills and improve their fitness, but they will also have the chance to make new friends and blow off steam in a positive and supportive environment.
