Classes at Mitsu Domoe Martial Arts cater to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Adults can participate in technical classes offered Monday to Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, as well as open mat sessions on Wednesday from 11:30am to 12:30pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 11:30am. An introduction to martial arts class is also available on Wednesdays from 10:00am to 11:00am.

For women looking to join a supportive and empowering community, Mitsu Domoe Martial Arts offers a women's class on Thursday from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Children can also take advantage of the training opportunities with intro classes on Mondays from 3:45pm to 4:30pm and technical classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
