The Women Who Lift Intermediate class in Mississauga at Fitness Toronto is the perfect next step for those who have completed the Intro Class and are looking to push themselves further. With classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm for 8 weeks, participants will focus on building upon the foundational skills they have already learned.
During each 60-minute session, the focus will be on form, technique, and incorporating new exercises to challenge and strengthen the body. In addition to the in-class work, participants will have the opportunity for additional self-workout time and access to the True Coach app for extra support.
The ultimate aim of this class is to help individuals not only improve their technique and fitness level but also to work towards achieving their personal best.
