At Mission Studios, we strive to create a warm and supportive environment where people of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels can come and embrace their love for dance and fitness.
We understand that trying something new, like a Pole or Aerial class, can be intimidating. That's why we want to assure you that there is no need to feel nervous. Our friendly and experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, from the moment you walk through the door for the first time. You don't have to be an athlete or in top shape to join our classes – you can start exactly where you are on your fitness journey.
One of the unique aspects of Mission Studios is our inclusive approach. Men are welcome to join our classes, and we believe that anyone, regardless of size or fitness level, can participate. You don't have to wear skimpy clothes either – you can start in comfortable attire like a t-shirt and leggings and progress to shorts as you feel more comfortable.
We offer a wide range of classes to cater to different levels and preferences. From beginner classes to mixed ability, drop-ins, workshops, courses, semi-private classes, and private 1 to 1 sessions, you'll always find a class and level that suits you. Our classes are designed to help you lose weight, increase strength, strengthen your core, build muscles, tone your body, and improve overall fitness. Plus, you'll make new friends and be part of a supportive community.
In addition to Pole and Aerial fitness, we also offer classes in Burlesque and Exotic dance. These fun and flirty classes are a great way to boost self-confidence and learn to strut your stuff with style and flair.
For our younger dancers, we have a Kids and Teens Aerial Academy. They can join our classes to learn aerial skills, grade in their abilities, and showcase their talents in our academy showcases.
But it doesn't stop there – we love to mix it up at Mission Studios. In addition to our regular classes, we offer other dance and fitness classes throughout the week. We also host monthly workshops to give your fitness regime an extra boost.
Our team of dedicated instructors is here to support you on your fitness journey. One of our instructors, Sarah B, specialises in Pole Fitness, High-Level Pole Tricks, Russian Exotic, and Aerial Hoop. She shares her passion for pole fitness and loves supporting students along their own pole journey.
Another valuable member of our team is Stacey. She is skilled in Pole Fitness, Aerial Fitness, Exotic Dance, and Kids Coaching. Stacey's love for dance and fitness shines through in her teaching, and she enjoys seeing her students grow and excel.
