Barry Taylor, the Director of Instruction, is a highly skilled coach who utilises his Taylor'D coaching methods to explain and fix your swing, ultimately guiding you to become a better golfer. With extensive training, research, and application, Barry has crafted a bespoke approach to create swing solutions tailored to each individual. Coaching sessions take place in Barry's outdoor covered studio, which is equipped with the latest technology such as Trackman, Foresight, Sportsbox 3D, and High-Speed Cameras. Additionally, a wide range of training equipment is available to help you develop the necessary feeling to replicate your improvement.

Providing an honest and cause-and-effect approach, Barry focuses on developing a personalised improvement plan for each student.

Coaching sessions with Barry are available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 3pm.

John Merry, a PGA Instructor with over 20 years of experience as a PGA Golf Professional, is also a part of the Mission Golf Academy team. John has taught at all levels, from beginners to professionals, in Europe and the UK. His coaching style focuses on improving golfers' abilities in an engaging and fun manner. John utilises the latest golfing technology to enable students to see and feel improvements quickly.

John's coaching sessions are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am to 7:30pm, and on Friday from 9am to 3pm. He is also available on Saturday from 8:30am to 4pm.

Scott Houghton, a PGA Instructor and multiple PGA Tournament winner, is another valuable member of the Mission Golf Academy team. With experience working with world leaders in golf performance and practise, as well as extensive knowledge of the latest swing techniques, Scott is dedicated to helping you reach your golfing potential. Scott offers private teaching sessions on Wednesdays from 9am to 8pm, on Fridays from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, and on Sundays from 9am to 4pm. Additionally, he conducts teaching sessions on the driving range on Mondays from 10:30am to 5:30pm, on Tuesdays from 10:30am to 8pm, and on Thursdays from 10:30am to 8pm.
