Introducing “MissFit Move”, a vibrant Pilates studio located in the serene suburb of Killiney. This boutique studio is owned and operated by the passionate and knowledgeable Tina, who is dedicated to helping her clients re-connect with themselves through the joy of movement and the power of the breath.
At MissFit Move, clients can choose from a variety of classes, including Pilates Mat classes and Pilates Meets Barre classes. Pilates classes at the studio focus on creating a foundation of strength, flexibility, and spinal mobility, while the Barre classes offer a disciplined, ballet-inspired, low-impact full body workout. Both classes are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels and can be enjoyed in-person at The Carry Centre in Killiney or online through Zoom.
In-person classes at The Carry Centre are held in a welcoming and spacious studio with plenty of private parking available right outside. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and clients are encouraged to book their classes through the studio's website before arriving. For those who are new to Pilates, Tina is happy to organise a special session to introduce them to the foundations of the practise.
Online classes at MissFit Move are also available for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home. Clients can choose from a selection of classes offered through Zoom, with the option to purchase single classes or bundles. Online classes run for 60 minutes and provide a convenient and effective way to stay active and engaged.
