We specialise in weight training for women, as we know that this is where women can lack the most confidence when training in a gym. In addition to weight training, we also provide high-intensity sessions to improve fitness. Our classes cater to different fitness levels and preferences. From upper body workouts to full-body sessions, HIIT classes, partner HIIT, and legs + glutes workouts, we have a wide variety of classes to suit your needs. You can easily book our classes online or via our app for convenience.
