Trudina Clark, founder of Mirrors Dance, extends her warm greetings to the sports community. Based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, and Stopsley, Luton, Mirrors Dance specialises in teaching adults to dance for social occasions, like holidays, weddings, and various other events.
Trudina started Mirrors Dance in 2008. She is a World Title Holder, ITV Dancer, and a Fellow of several dance organisations. Her passion for dance and experience as a professional dancer, lecturer, and choreographer have shaped Mirrors Dance into a supportive place to learn various dance styles.
The dance school's instructors are fully qualified by the IDTA. They aim to provide a positive learning experience, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere where students can build their confidence and fitness levels as they learn to dance.
Beyond dance classes, Mirrors Dance also offers weekly Body Conditioning hour sessions. These classes help participants feel younger, fitter, more flexible, and stronger. Each session is recorded live and shared with those signed up, making it easy for students to tone and stretch at their convenience.
The Body Conditioning classes cater to a wide range of fitness levels and ages, from 10 to 70. Recorded and uploaded onto Skype, these sessions are easily accessible for everyone, regardless of their schedule. Trudina is particularly proud of the holistic benefits and injury prevention that the programme offers.
Feedback from students has been very positive, emphasising the supportive and fun environment of the classes. Many have noted the positive impact dancing has had on their lives, highlighting the welcoming nature of the instructors and the joy that Trudina brings to her teaching.
For more information or to book classes, interested individuals are encouraged to visit Mirrors Dance's website or get in touch via phone or email. New weekly classes are currently available in Hitchin and Stopsley Village, open to both adults and groups.
