Miranda Lee Dance, a Contemporary Dance club based in Barry, is excited to announce an upcoming dance event that is sure to captivate both beginners and seasoned dancers alike. Conveniently located at Castleland Community Centre on Belvedere Crescent, this event promises to be a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in exploring the art of dance.
When attending this event, it is recommended to wear dance shoes or comfortable shoes with soft soles that securely fit your feet. We advise against wearing trainers as they tend to stick to the floor and hinder movements. As for clothing, participants are encouraged to wear anything comfortable that allows for freedom of movement. So, pull out those leggings or loose-fitting pants and get ready to dance!
Now, let's talk payment. Group classes for this event cost £8 each, and payment is made on a weekly basis – cash on the door – for the first 6 classes. After that, classes switch to a prepay system. This means you'll need to make an initial payment for 2 months' worth of classes upfront, followed by monthly invoices billed for one month at a time. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending every class, so we offer some flexibility. You are allowed to take up to 6 weeks off during a calendar year without paying for classes, allowing you to enjoy your holidays and manage other commitments with ease. If you have any further questions regarding the prepay system, please feel free to contact Miranda Lee directly.
Parking and location are important considerations, so here's the lowdown. The event will take place in the upstairs 'Pendragon' studio within Castleland Community Centre. Rest assured, you'll be dancing on a beautiful sprung dance floor, which will elevate your experience. The centre also offers kitchen facilities, although participants are kindly asked to bring their own refreshments. When it comes to parking, there are options available directly outside the centre on Belvedere Crescent and nearby on Thompson Street. Just make sure to check for any parking restriction notices to avoid any unwanted surprises.
