The senior teams of Minster Cricket Club compete in the prestigious Kent Cricket Leagues and the Kent Regional Leagues. On the other hand, the junior teams participate in the Swale Cricket Association Leagues, while the midweek sides play in the Swale Evening Cricket League. As the only Clubmark accredited Cricket Club on the Isle of Sheppey, Minster Cricket Club upholds the highest standards of best practise. With over 100 youth members across various age groups, the club ensures that all adults working with young players are DBS checked and First-Aid trained. The club's Trustees and Executive Committee are dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and nurturing future cricket stars.

The club's ongoing development ethos is reflected in their investment in maintaining and improving the facilities at Gilbert Hall. Minster Cricket Club takes pride in their successful youth development programme, which has seen over 75% of their current adult membership emerge from the junior ranks. With the 1st XI recently promoted to the leading Division of The Kent Cricket League, young players have the opportunity to aspire to the highest standards of cricket in the region.
