Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the links golf on Somerset’s north coast. Just check the green fees on the club's website and book ahead to get your tee time. When you visit, expect a warm reception from Sue and her crew in the clubhouse and pro shop.
Membership is open to all ages, with different plans to fit your needs and budget. If you're under 30, you'll find special rates, and there are also country memberships with reduced fees based on where you live.
The membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March, with fees adjusted if you join partway through. You can pay all at once or spread the cost monthly through Fairway Credit, with a small extra charge.
Beyond golf, the club offers great facilities. Even if you don’t play, you can enjoy the clubhouse as a social member. Sue ensures everyone feels included and welcome, both on the course and off.
Located on Warren Road in Minehead, the club sits in a stunning coastal area with views of Exmoor and the Bristol Channel. You might even spot a steam train passing by, adding something special to your day.
Founded in 1882, Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club is the oldest in Somerset and among the oldest in the South West and England, playing on its original course. You’ll experience the tradition and history of the sport as you play.
