WHY BOX?
Boxing is not only a fantastic way to lose weight and tone up, but it also allows you to de-stress, release endorphins, build confidence, meet new friends, and learn self-defence. We warn you, though, boxing can be highly addictive!
All our classes are beginner-friendly, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. We offer women-only boxing and mixed boxing classes, as well as specialised sessions for mums where babies and kids are welcome. Additionally, we provide fitness bleep tests and monthly readings for weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, water percentage, metabolic age, and visceral fat.

Simone Harvey, the owner of Mind over Matter boxing, has been an athlete for 37 years and discovered her love for sports at a young age. She started swimming at just 6 years old and competed at a high level, earning third place in Surrey for 100m Breaststroke. At 16, Simone found her passion for Muay Thai boxing and quickly excelled, having her first fight at age 17 and eventually fighting for British titles. She has trained at the World Muay Thai Council Camp in Koh Samui, Thailand, alongside champion fighters and gained the confidence to become a coach herself.
We are excited to introduce our new classes at The Albrighton Centre. Join us for Online Mixed Boxing on Mondays from 7-8pm via Zoom, Teen Boxing on Thursdays from 5-6pm at Green dale field in East Dulwich, and Women-Only Boxing on Saturdays from 10-11:30am at Dulwich Park.
We also offer personal training and split personal training throughout the week, at a time that suits you. Please note that booking is essential for all classes, and we require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
