At Mind & Movement Pilates, we believe that anyone can do Pilates. Our studio is inclusive and welcoming, catering to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. With the use of equipment and individualised instruction, we tailor exercises to suit your unique body, posture, and strength. Our team specialises in prehab and rehab exercises, pre and post-surgery, and injury rehabilitation to get you back to moving and playing quicker.
To see changes and experience the full benefits of Pilates, we recommend attending 2–3 classes per week. This can include both studio classes and home sessions. Incorporating the Pilates principles into your everyday life will also make a significant difference. Keep in mind that everyone and everybody is different.
The number of classes needed to see changes will depend on your injury, posture, pain, and how quickly your body responds. While some of our clients have been attending classes for over 10 years, we generally recommend aiming for at least 20 classes to start seeing changes.
