At Mike Tobin's Gym, we have a rich history rooted in the ancient martial art of Muay Thai. Muay Thai, also known as the 'science of 8 limbs', originated in Thailand over 2000 years ago. Passed down from generation to generation, Muay Thai has evolved into a highly effective fighting style that utilises punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Whether you're interested in training for self-defence or competing in the ring, we have classes tailored to meet your needs.
