Mike offers 1-2-1 personal training sessions, which can be 45 or 60 minutes long, and all clients undergo a health and fitness assessment before starting. He also provides online coaching through the TrueCoach App, offering flexible and cost-effective training plans with video tutorials and progress tracking.
