Additionally, MiiTime provides low-impact interval training for fitness and weight control. Classes are held in Upton, Chester, as well as online for clients who prefer the convenience and flexibility of working out from home.

Additionally, Jane has completed specialised courses in Pilates for common orthopaedic problems, sports conditioning, ante and post-natal exercise, postural correction and movement analysis, Pilates Hog Training, Spinesafe Pilates training, and holds a current First Aid certificate.
