Member. Our club provides a safe and secure mooring for approximately 35 boats, with illuminated paved access and services such as 240 electricity and mains water. We also have a slipway and winch, workshops, and facilities for autumn, winter, and spring boat lifts.

At the Mid-Warwickshire Yacht Club, we believe in fostering a strong sense of community and social contact among boating enthusiasts. We offer various events throughout the year, including Christmas lunch, New Year's parties, informal suppers, get-togethers, children's activities, treasure hunts, summer club and canal side BBQs, rallies, interclub competitions, and our annual Club AGM.

For those new to boating, the MWYC is the perfect place to gain valuable advice and insights from experienced boaters. Join fellow members on day cruises and attend our social gatherings to chat about boating and get opinions from people who use boats on a regular basis. Our club members have a wide variety of boat types, styles, and layouts, ranging from modern narrow boats to historic cruisers constructed in different materials such as steel, aluminium, wood, and GRP.

We understand the importance of running costs and taking care of your boat. Our members are more than happy to share their experience, expertise, and sound advice to help new club members navigate the world of boating. We can provide guidance on running costs, maintenance, boat safety, and cruising routes, ensuring that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your boat.

Once you are afloat, you have the option to moor your boat permanently at our club as a base for cruising or take advantage of our winter moorings, allowing you to extend your cruising over the spring and summer months. Of course, you can also choose continuous cruising while remaining a club member, enjoying all the benefits and services that the MWYC has to offer.
