Adrian, a 4th Dan in Judo and 2nd Dan in Aikido, has over 30 years of coaching experience and an impressive competitive record. Mandie, a 3rd Dan in Judo and 2nd Dan in Karate, is particularly skilled in teaching young children, having introduced a class for tots aged 3–5.
