Welcome to the Michelle Rae School of Dance, a premier dance school located in Mount Waverley, Australia. With over 40 years of experience, we offer a wide range of dance classes for beginners to pre-professional dancers of all ages. Our aim is to provide a fun and friendly environment where students can learn and enjoy the art of dance.

At Michelle Rae School of Dance, we offer a comprehensive range of classes including Jazz, Tap, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, VCE Dance, Acrobatics, and Hip Hop. Whether you are looking to pursue dance as a hobby or as a potential career, our experienced and qualified teaching staff will guide you through safe dance techniques and help you reach your goals.

Conveniently located behind the Pinewood Shopping Centre, our dance school provides a spacious and well-equipped studio for our students. We also offer exam syllabus options and numerous performance opportunities throughout the year. These experiences not only allow students to showcase their skills but also enhance their emotional and physical development, promote musical appreciation, creativity, postural and body awareness, and self-confidence.

The Michelle Rae School of Dance is led by Miss Michelle Rae Wall, our principal and esteemed dance teacher. With a diploma in dance teaching and management, Miss Michelle Rae brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our school. She is also a registered VCE dance teacher and an examiner and adjudicator for various dance competitions. She is supported by a team of dedicated instructors who are passionate about teaching and inspiring their students.

Our teaching faculty includes Miss Cheryl Kaloger-Brown, who specialises in VCE dance, Miss Bridget Sisson, who teaches Jazz and Tap, Miss Olivia Lucas, who teaches Jazz, Tap, and Lyrical dance, Miss Shannon Dawes, who teaches Classical and Contemporary dance, Miss Mikaela Wall, who specialises in Jazz and Tap, Miss Maddy Smith, who teaches Jazz, Tap, and Acrobatics, Miss Kelsey Holden, who teaches Jazz and Tap, and Mr Jayden Wall, our guest teacher who provides advanced dance classes.
