Unlike traditional classes, our LIFT classes utilise different and proven training methods to ensure continuous improvement in strength without constantly repeating the same routines. We believe in providing variety and keeping our clients challenged and motivated.
In addition to our group classes, we also offer personalised one-on-one training sessions. These sessions are personalised and designed to address your specific goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, or overall improved fitness. Our qualified PFCA Level 3 Personal Trainer, Coach Nathan, is passionate about guiding clients on their fitness journeys and helping them reach their desired goals.
Located at Woodside Farm, Woodside Road, Luton, our fitness centre provides a comfortable and supportive environment for individuals to achieve their fitness goals. Our team also includes Stephy, our part-time administrator, who handles all office-based tasks and ensures smooth operations.
