Members can find all the big brands such as Optimum Nutrition, Iconic Labs, BSN, Macro Mike, International Protein, and EHP Labs, among many others. This convenient offering helps individuals with all their supplement needs, making it easier to achieve their fitness goals.
In addition to the supplement store, MFS 24/7 Gym – North has also made healthy eating hassle-free with its “heat and eat” meals. With these ready-to-eat meals, members no longer have to worry about meal prep, cleaning up, grocery shopping, or cooking. This feature allows individuals to focus on their workouts and maintain a nutritious diet without the usual challenges.

Members have access to top-of-the-range gym equipment from brands like Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Technogym. The facility boasts the heaviest dumbbells in the Goulburn Valley, with weights of up to 75 kg. MFS 24/7 Gym – North has also dedicated a girls-only area to provide a comfortable space for female members.
Additionally, the gym offers in-house massage therapy services to help individuals recover and relax after intense workouts.
Since its establishment in 2015, MFS 24/7 Gym – North has experienced continuous growth and expansion. The original Mooroopna Fitness Studio, opened in 2015, underwent a full expansion within its first year, adding new machines, dumbbells, stacks, and specialised areas for strength and conditioning, core, and boxing. In 2016, the gym introduced Mooroopna Females Studio, a separate space focused on aerial fitness for women. The following year, MFS launched Meals For Success, a range of healthy ready-to-eat meals, and opened its second location in Shepparton, featuring an extensive shop fit-out, diverse equipment, and exclusive amenities.
The Shepparton location later underwent an expansion, transforming the girls-only area into a functional fitness area and adding more equipment. In 2019, MFS expanded further with the opening of its third location in Kialla.
Established by James Waters, a local fitness professional, MFS 24/7 Gym – North aims to be a unique and inclusive fitness centre in the GV area. With a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, James opened Mooroopna Fitness Studio (MFS) in 2015 as the first locally owned 24-hour gym in the region. The facility's expansion and introduction of specialised studios have allowed MFS to cater to a wide range of fitness interests and provide a space where individuals can transform their lives through exercise and wellness.
