Mooroopna Fitness Studio (MFS) has a rich history, dating back to 2015 when James Waters, a local personal trainer, opened the doors to Mooroopna Fitness Studio. Driven by the desire to be different and make a positive impact on people's lives through health and fitness, James aimed to create a gym like no other in the area.
Within the first year of opening, Mooroopna Fitness Studio underwent a full expansion, introducing new machines, dumbbells, a 5-stack, a strength and conditioning area, as well as a core and boxing area. The success continued with the opening of MFS Aerial Fitness, a female-centric fitness space that offers a range of aerial fitness activities, including Lyra hoop, silks, and pole training.
In 2017, MFS launched Meals For Success (MFS), providing healthy, ready-to-eat meals to support members' nutrition goals. The brand further expanded with the opening of MFS Shepparton, featuring top-of-the-range gym equipment, a girls-only area, in-house massage therapist, supplement store, and Meals For Success.
MFS Shepparton experienced tremendous growth and completed a full expansion within its first year, incorporating a functional fitness area, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness machines, and a StairMaster. Finally, in 2019, MFS continued to expand its reach by opening the doors to MFS Kyabram, bringing the same quality facilities and services to the local community.
