With just £100, he launched his first school in Barnstaple, North Devon, which rapidly grew to become the UK's largest martial arts school with over 700 members.

Matt developed unique life skill and educational programmes, propelling the establishment of over 1500 MF schools across the UK and globally. He holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, with Black Belts in Kickboxing and Kung Fu. MF Martial Arts Braunton isn't just about martial arts; it also includes “MF Dance”, focusing on street dance. Collaborations with Boxercise and Kick boxercise have expanded the brand to over 2000 locations in 54 countries.
