With a 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, along with Black Belts in Kickboxing and Kung Fu, Matt’s skills are top-notch. He’s even been a bodyguard and friend to Michael Jackson. Matt’s also tapped into the dance scene with “MF Dance” and Boxercise, expanding into 54 countries.
