There are different packages to choose from:
1:1 Coaching: Gain a bespoke training plan and 60-minute sessions at The Fitness Rooms. Plus, you get online support, nutrition advice, access to the Inbody BMI analysis machine, regular measurements, and progress photos.
2:1 Coaching: Train with a friend or family member. You both get personalised programmes and all the same support and advice as the 1:1 package, all at The Fitness Rooms.
Group Conditioning Sessions: Prefer working out in a group? Join one of four weekly sessions. You’ll still get plenty of support, nutrition advice, and progress photos.
Online Coaching: Can’t make it in person? No worries. This package includes personalised programming, weekly check-ins, online support, nutrition advice, and optional access to the Inbody BMI analysis machine if you're near The Fitness Rooms.
