Method BJJ

Method BJJ is a martial arts school located in Edmonton, offering a range of classes for all ages and skill levels. With a focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Method BJJ provides a safe and inclusive environment for students to learn and grow their skills.

The youth BJJ classes cater to children ages 8-12 and run on Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 pm, while the kids BJJ classes for ages 4-7 are held on Saturdays from 9-9:45 am. The school is also introducing a new line of sweaters in their signature Method colours, featuring a unique and eye-catching logo.

After a temporary closure, Method BJJ is excited to announce their re-opening on July 2nd. The school has implemented new safety protocols, including distanced changing areas and separate entrances and exits, to ensure the well-being of all students. Additional classes, open mat times, and competition opportunities are in the works for the near future.

In addition to their regular classes, Method BJJ offers curriculum videos on their Facebook page to help students integrate techniques into their games. The school also hosts special events, such as training sessions with renowned jiu-jitsu practitioners like Eduardo Telles Moreira.
