Formerly known as META Taekwondo, META Training Centre prides itself on instilling values such as discipline, respect, and perseverance in all of its students. Our classes are designed to cater to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from children as young as 4 years old to adults looking to enhance their martial arts skills.

Our training programs include classes such as Little Tykes for ages 4-5, Kids Class for ages 6-9, Junior Class for ages 9-13, Teen/Adult Class for ages 14 and up, and a Competition Team for those looking to take their skills to the next level. We also offer striking classes that incorporate boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, and strength & conditioning training.

The instructors at META Training Centre are highly experienced and passionate about helping students reach their full potential. Master “Jay” is a great role model and all instructors are fantastic with kids, creating a family-like atmosphere within the club.

In addition to martial arts classes, META Training Centre also hosts birthday parties for all ages, offering a fun and active way to celebrate special occasions.
