If you've ever considered playing lawn bowls, there's no better time to start than now. Merton Park Bowling Club hosts regular introductory sessions on Monday evenings from 6 p. m. until dusk, starting on the 1st Monday in May.
These sessions are designed to give newcomers a taste of the sport and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for learning and development.
When you attend an introductory session, you don't need to worry about bringing any equipment. Merton Park Bowling Club provides everything you'll need, from shoes to bowls to coaching. The first session is completely free, and to make it even better, participants will be treated to a cup of tea and a biscuit as a well-deserved break.
