At Mermaid Centre For Circus Arts, we offer a variety of classes for both children and adults. Our aerial hoop classes involve using a circular steel hoop suspended from the ceiling to perform aerial acrobatics and circus tricks. Aerial sling classes, on the other hand, involve performing aerial acrobatics while suspended from fabric.

We also offer dance classes, where students can explore the art of movement and expression. Our dance classes consist of purposefully selected sequences of movement with aesthetic and symbolic value.

For those looking to improve flexibility and increase strength, we offer stretch and flex classes. These classes use resistance bands to provide a full-body workout that helps improve flexibility and build strength.

In addition to our current classes, we will soon be introducing trapeze classes, acrobatics classes, verticals classes, and adult pole classes. These classes offer unique and exciting ways to improve fitness and stamina while learning new skills.
